You don’t just wake up and become a butterfly, real growth is a process

As women, we are the great carers, lovers, professionals and mothers but rarely do we take time to love and respect ourselves the way we give to others. Ever thought why that is? I have. The concept of HerNaturally was born from my own experience back in 2019 when my marriage of 14 years ended with measking for a divorce. In all honesty, my marriage had ended some years before that but like a butterfly, I was in my transformation stage - I just didn’t know it.

A butterfly’s transformation stage is called pupa or chrysalis when the parts we recognize as a butterfly are beginning to form whilst safely being protected by a cocoon of silk. This stage can last weeks, months or even longer and we as women often find ourselves in difficult circumstances waiting for the right time to make a change. This is why the butterfly is an integral to the HerNaturally logo and brand. I now, the happiest and most successful I have ever been, find myself in the position to share my experience and knowledge to help as many butterflies along the way.
